Who we are
This website, secretyachtpartydubai.com, is operated by Secret Yacht Party, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). For any question about your data, write to reservations@secretyachtpartydubai.com.
What we collect
When you request tickets, a guest list place or a VIP table, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, Instagram username and WhatsApp number, the number of guests, and, where applicable, the Instagram usernames of the guests in your group, your table choice, the occasion and any notes. If you add other guests’ usernames, please make sure they are happy for you to share them with us.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to review your request, contact you about it on WhatsApp and, if it is accepted, to arrange payment and your place on board. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it
- Our website is hosted by a professional hosting provider, on servers in the European Union.
- New requests are forwarded to our team through Telegram.
- We reply to you from our WhatsApp Business account.
- Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and third-party content
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from Cloudflare. These services receive your IP address, as happens with any website that uses them.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to reservations@secretyachtpartydubai.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Age
Our events are for guests aged 21 and over, and this website is not intended for anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
